Besides the beauty of the barroque and colonial art sourrounding Lima’s center there is a restaurant of tradition that has a modern decoration, and besides this is offcourse the food. I was welcome to try the menu of Restaurant Don Juan, and to tell the truth the ceviche and Lomo Saltado plus the delicious chicha (beverage made of corn) surprised me beyond limits, with home made flavors and also the soft texture of the meat that was very different from the average, plus the welcoming attention.
The location is very convenience to all those who don’t like to walk long distances.
