What cheered me to publish this restaurant in 40downtown was the impression at first sight, people shouting them orders to the waiter in the hopeless hope to be the first served, a bunch of office guys waiving their ties having a laugh, beautiful ladies doing a Sex and the City scene over pisco sours, and on top of this poupuri of human behaves laid peacefully the joy that only Peruvian sea food can supply.

A crowded restaurant means good food but this time was Saturday, so I came back on Monday to taste the delights without any huzzle, I was highly adviced to try the Ceviche of the house so Ceviche el Faike it is, as it was going to take a while to have it cooked I amused my eyes with a tour around the 3 medium sized ambients this restaurant owns, enough to house 50 people and still more people finds a way to suit them self into the boat, I kept on taking notes and wandering the reason why this place gets so crowded even on weekdays after 1 pm, having the same scenes from Saturday this time played by new actors and actresses, on my pace through living colored walls surrounding my sight a waitress stop me and smiled me : Mr Yonathan Your food is ready.

I won’t waste your time with the classic poetry, but with this dish - along came my answers and the ending to all the wanderings before thought, represented by a sea food named Ceviche el Faike, what surprised me the most from this dish was that I could try 3 kinds of Ceviche without feeling any lackness of taste in between, every flavor replaced the one before just fine, this dish should be named harmony, and yet I knew that the knowledge obtained by this restaurant since 1982 is the reason why people struggles for a seat in their few tables.
