Supay is got that extra flavor you are looking for, wether your appetite its been dragged by an Italian flavor or a fusion between a Peruvian and the Northern extravaganzas, Supay will accept your wants with a familiar gest.

In this opportunity I asked for a classic of the house, Causa with shrimps, not only the presentation seduced me, but the creamy flavors of fresh prawns bathed in pasty mayonnaise seasoned with oregano and rosemary nailed my wants with a fresh entrance of Peruvian cuisine, carefully prepared with an adventurous mix.

Supay has been in Downtown for 11 years , this represents an authority and also a vast experience in the cousin field, when you entered the place an agreeable sensation surrounds you with ethnic decorations of bamboo straw and metal used for the set of furnitures, plus the pleasant service of the gentle waitresses that welcomes you into a restaurant where people have a laugh and amuses them palate with the many exotic delights.

Arroz atamalado in prawns sauce was highly recommended by Dario Amaya to me, the owner of Supay, who happens to be the owner of El Gaucho y la Vaca , then I concluded that what defines this two restaurants its the comfort, the experience, the service, the last minute food cooking and ofcourse the festival of flavors that makes of Supay an obligatory stop to everyone who visits Downtown in Lima.
